            County property taxes paid annually.  Typically, tax bills are mailed around

            October 1st.  For information regarding city tax bills contact your city of

            residence.

            County property taxes are due by December 31st.  However, if you pay your

            county property tax bill by October 31st you will receive a 2% discount. 

 

bulletI am farming my land, am I eligible for any programs or tax incentives?

        There are programs and tax incentives available for farmers.

 

bulletCan I file for the disability exemption at the Independence Court House?

        No.  All disability exemptions must be filed at the PVA office in Covington.
