Mission Statement |
Our Mission:
To Provide courteous, accurate and efficient services for the benefit of Kenton County and its citizens.
To achieve its mission the Kenton County PVA will:
Assess all taxable property at 100% fair cash value or, at its agricultural value in an equitable and unbiased manner.
Develop positive, constructive and professional relationships with all parties.
Inform and educate the public of property owners rights in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner in order to promote voluntary compliance with Kentucky's property tax laws.
Acquire new technologies in order to implement and maintain a cost effective and up-to-date property valuation system.
Educate, train, develop and retain the qualified office personnel necessary to achieve property valuation goals and objectives as prescribed by the Kentucky Constitution and the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
Work cooperatively with other government agencies in order to provide accurate and cost effective services to the citizens of Kenton County.
