Procedure for parcel splits
Secure an "approved" identification plat from Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission (NKAPC). | |
Prepare new "Deed" description of the split parcel using metes and bounds of new survey or subdivision/lot numbers as approved. | |
Prepare a draft copy of "Split" deed of conveyance which includes above description, grantor and prior deed reference. | |
Provide above items to the Property Valuation Office Mapping Division for assignment of new "Split" PIDN. |
