Procedure for parcel splits
Secure an "approved" identification plat from Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission (NKAPC).
Prepare new "Deed" description of the split parcel using metes and bounds of new survey or subdivision/lot numbers as approved.
Prepare a draft copy of "Split" deed of conveyance which includes above description, grantor and prior deed reference.
Provide above items to the Property Valuation Office Mapping Division for assignment of new "Split" PIDN.
